Good place to visit. You can have a kind of private beach in front of camping site. It is really good for us, considering social distancing is a really matter this time.

Location is right on the beach. There's a cafe here too. We got the B cottage. Which is a little tiny for 4 people but kitchen and bathroom were quite nice.

바로 바다와 연해있는 한옥리조트 망상해수욕장은 해안이 길어 가장 강릉쪽으로 위치해있다 여러 채의 한옥으로 복층과 단층으로 이루어진 작은 바닷가 마을을 조성했는데 나무조경이 안되어있어 건조해뵌다 바닷쪽 산책길은 나무데크로 되어있어 모래사장 위로 걷기보다는 편하다 옆으로는 오토 캠핑장이 있다 개인적으론 여기서 묵느니 바다산책은 걸어나오는 민박마을에 있는게 산도 바다도 마을도 지내기 낫다고 본다

속초, 고성, 동해 인근으로 여행갈때 망상오토캠핑장 혹은 무릉계곡쪽 캠핑장 예약해서 갑니다. 일부 사이트의 경우 바다 앞에 텐트를 칠 수 있어서 좋지만 편의시설이 조금 멀어지고, 바람도 많이 불어서 대비를 잘해야 합니다. 예전에는 리조트로 진입하는 차량 한대씩 다 확인했었는데 최근은 차량 진입이 비교적 자유로워진 듯 합니다. 예약자 신분증 확인은 철저히 하고 있고, 리조트 내에 매점 같은게 있어서 필요한건 대부분 살 수 있습니다. 바지락이 잡혀서 잡고 풀어주며 아이들과 즐겁게 놀다 왔습니다.
