NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE! YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS, WITH NO EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER! この病院には絶対来ないでください！ I visited this clinic with my girlfriend who has a few problems with her jaw. Unfortunately for her, she was in a car accident few days ago, so she was wearing a cast on her arm. The lady at the front desk told us to wait, and she forgot to tell us that we have to fill out a form, which we filled out right away. However, people who had reserved meetings later than us got to meet the doctor before us. without any doubt, we waited for 2 and a half hours and NOBODY EXPLAINED ANYTHING. FOR THREE HOURS WE WAITED, and when i got to the front desk to talk to the lady, she just told me to wait, since we will be able to see the doctor when our turn comes. but apparently, people who arrived after us entered the counseling room before us, and i complained about it. The lady replied that certain patient came from out of town, just to meet this doctor. But what i am saying is, she should have told us before she did that. And as i wrote above, my girlfriend was WEARING A CAST ON HER ARM. after i wrote a review on google map, this clinic called my girlfriend, asking her to tell me to delete my review. Furthermore, they asked her my phone number. For what? i don't know. Anyways. Don't come here. Their service is terrible.

It was honor to be visited in this Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Hospital. Actually, I had a complex about my angular face that is why I visited here and I consulted about all my face problems with Dr.Lee. I think he is one of the friendliest doctors i have ever seen. He was good listener and good troubleshooter. Also, receptionists were so kind and I felt that they treated me well. Service was fast and I want to say that thank you so much for everything.

20년 9월 쯤에 턱끝전진술 받고 이번에 핀제거 수술까지 무사히 끝났습니다. 모든걸 떠나 핀제거 수술하기 전에 선생님께서 \ 환자의 기쁨과 만족이 제 행복입니다\ 라고 말씀해주신게 너무 기억에 남습니다. 개인적으로도 정말 만족스럽고 지금 돌아 봐도 후회없는 선택이었다고 생각합니다. 감사합니다 :)

상담하는데 진짜 별로 였어요. 서른초반인데 나이 얘기하면서 이제 결정할 때가 되지않았냐는 둥. 무슨 일 하느냐는 둥. 취조식으로 물어봐서 진짜 기분 나빴어요. 외적인 부분이 중요한 일을 하는 건지 이런 것 때문에 물어보는 것도 아니고ㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 설명하는 것도 어찌나 불친절한지 어이없고 환자 존중하는 분위기가 전혀 아니더군요. 실력이 얼마나 출중하신 지 제가 수술은 안받아서 모르겠는데 환자 대하는 성의는 정말 별로 였습니다. 유투브에서는 세상 친절한 척 하시던데 저는 실제 상담은 심히 별로였네요. 무슨 대학병원도 아닌데 상담비 2만원인지 3만원에 검사비 십만원ㅋㅋ 상담 받아보시고 잘 결정하시면 좋겠네요. 저는 패스.
