What a difference to the week before. Staff now didn't want anything to do with me when I said I had problem with online. I tried several staff. Got blanked sometimes. At the last minute a new staff member who was really good but wasn't her job actually helped me understand the Korean reason for my online application referral. Online translate didn't help. Next time you should try daegu office. I went there when making a reservation which turned out I didn't need because it's only for 15 day extension in person but alot more friendly helpful staff there.

The entrance is by the side during Covid-19, left hand side of the building. Go up the stairs and turn right. You will need to have your temperature checked and also call a phone number to 'check in' as you arrive in the building. You will find your number for your application on a form printed inside the building, posted on a column in the middle of the room. Then wait for your number to be called. Staff were not particularly happy, however with the right paperwork the application was filled quickly. They were unwilling to speak English.

Recently they improve their all service and if you have prior appointment i believe it will take only few minutes... great work. They just need to add parking place for everyone..
