Very nice structure and view, and free entrance too. There are stairs behind the walls so tou can see a better view of the fortress walls... better to go sightseeing during sunset.
It is a main gate of Suwon Hwaseung fortress. The name represents king Jongjo's affection toward suwon citzen. Because the meaning of Jangan is longevity and welfare.
