Very nice at all level. In particular great breakfast and very supportive concierge staff. The only concerns: 1) they keep leaving the lights on in the room after cleaning, what a waste of energy?? And 2) shark fin soup? Good grief! Can we be a little more ecologically minded?

Went there to eat only so can't be a judge of their rooms and other facilities. Their food was very tasty, clean, and well presented. Parking facility was on the other hand a bit ghetto unless you get it valet. It's a poorly designed parking building forcing 3 point turns to go up floors.
I went to a wedding in the Dynasty Hall here. The wedding was beautifully done with nice lighting and real plants and flowers everywhere. Red wine was served at each table along with a delightful 5 course meal. The food was excellent and well presented
Excellent get out during weekend. Modern and tidy room and wonderful selections of foods at club lounge. All staffs are very kind as well at Front office, lobby and club lounge.
We stayed for girl's pazama party of 2019. Clubroom guest can using the clubroom dinner and breakfast. Food is great!!!! We can drink wind and beer no limitation with dinner. Also clubroom guest can assess sauna as free. It has good memory and great price.
I will say the front desk is very good, concierge was respectful and knew both english and korean. My room was located on the main street side which is loud due to it being a thorough way. There is some questionable construction decisions of the room decor and the heating/cooling was terrible.
Good rooms and ambience. However, overall communication in English was not as good as expected, but manageable. Food spread is exactly the same everyday in buffet meals, which gets boring if you stay for long. Concierge is very efficient though. Common washrooms were stinking many times, not well ventilated. Overall experience of stay is very average in context of being a high priced 5 star property, no good value for money.
