They Say: We hereby announce the expanded visit reservation system (effective as of February 1, 2016) which aims to eliminate inconvenience caused by a long waiting time and to create a more pleasant environment when foreign residents in Korea visit an immigration office for application/consultation. - The “visit reservation system” allows foreign residents in Korea to arrange a date and time before visiting an immigration office. - If you visit an immigration office without reservation, you are not probably able to have your application processed on the day, or experience inconvenience due to a long waiting time.

Good sign boards, but the volunteers in the front information desk are all freshers and not equipped to handle queries related to Foreigners Visa. Eventually the right person comes along directs us to the specific dept.

Been here like 5 times and IMO like a quarter of staffs here are arrogant while the rest are very professional. My experience has been very mixed but not good often. And, I still don't understand how come some staff don't speak english (or do not want to speak in english), yet, they serve just foreigners.
