You go downstairs I think 2/3 floors to enter the stage area. The stage is raised and the space is large enough for about 500 people. Nicely lit and air conditioned space. Sound is loud and fairly clear.

The venue is so small and intimate and the building is really cool too! It's also very easy to get to. I'm so glad some of my favorite artists have performed here!
Clique venue, has hosted a good variety of artists. Nice atmosphere.
We didn't know that actual stage was in the basement. My parents are old and both of them are not comfortable using stairs. We asked one of staff for assistance to use the elevator which was only operated by employees. I asked one of crew member downstairs that we need to use the elevator (I told them that my mom has Korean disability card). He looked at my mom from head to toe and gave me a look of why does she need such help. I told them several times she holds a disability card. We didn't think it was necessary that we need to tell them what kind of disability that my mom has. Eventually we did have access to the elevator but it wasn't a good experience. Disabled people will have a such hard time here with ignorant employees.

Very nice place! The view is gorgeous and the place is cozy
Interesting architecture but the deep level of the concert hall feels alarming, and for non credit card users some services are inconvenient.
Nice underground venue. Perfect for live acts. Sound is one of the better indie venues. I like Bluesquare better though.
