Always loved their products. While they are very expensive in Seoul, the customer service is excellent. Mr. Choi was very friendly and his after sales support is also very praise worthy. He did a house call to help set up with Deezer and checked in electronically a few times, if all was working well. We love our A9. The store is very spacious and well displayed. Trial of the products are done with no pretence and willingly unlike some other stores which give you \the look\.

지난 2019년 3월에 딸로부터 무선이어폰 E8을 생축선물로 받았답니다. 한 번 충전하면 1시간 이내로 밖에 쓰지 못했는데, 다른 무선이어폰 써 본 후 문제가 있음을 알게 되어, 구입처인 압구정본점까지 갔지요. 서비스 기간 2년이 간당간당했답니다. A/S점에서 테스트 후 문제가 발견 되었다고 하더군요. 거기까진 일반 서비스센터와 비슷. 그런데 새 물건으로 그것도 업그레이드버전인 E8 2.0으로 교환해주고 택배비도 자사부담으로 보내주는 거였어요. 감동 받았어요. 살면서 여러 가전제품이나 생활용품을 A/S 받아 보았는데 ㅡ특히 애플 기기 ㅡ 여기처럼 감동 받은 건 처음이라 사용후기라는 걸 첨으로 써 봅니다.
