Had a good time a while ago. nothing really stood out but rather their food had nothing bothering, which also means good. wines are rather casual. staffs were nice. the fish dumplings were really good. considering the small place with not a lot of tables and the fairly low price for a starred restaurant, I appreciate the quality of the food the chef keeps. I'd say they're much better than Mingles.

매우 독창적이면서 맛있었던 곳. 메뉴 설명도 좋았고 플레이팅과 맛도 다 만족스러웠다. 뭐하나 빠짐없이 맛은 평타 이상이였고 순서도 만족스러웠음 하지만 장소 자체는 좁은게 매우 아쉬웠던 점. 분위기를 내기엔 테이블 배치나 위치가 조금 아쉬웠다.

경제적인 가격으로 배부르게 점심을 먹을 수 있는 장소다. 개인적으로 베스트 메뉴는 Fig and Potato다. Fig cold 홀스래디쉬 소스를 쪼르륵 올린 무화과 샐러드다. Fig 위로 Pig로 만든 돼지 육포와 호두 정과가 있다. 소스가 매력적이라 샐러드를 다 먹고도 몇 번 맛을 봤다. 호스래디시, Horseradish는 서양고추냉이로 고추냉이나 겨자와 비슷한 매운맛이 특징인 식재료다. Potato warm 무항생제 수란을 중앙으로 꽈리고추 소스와 한치를 감자 퓌레가 덮고 그 위로 감자칩을 올린 메인 음식이다. 여러 가지 감자를 사용해서 수분에 조리하면 더 맛이 좋은 품종은 포타쥬로 풀어내고 튀겼을 때 식감이 살아나는 품종은 칩으로 다뤘다. 같은 식재료의 베리에이션이 재밌었다. 짭조름한 맛에 금방 비워냈고 사실 기억이 잘 안 난다. 동행한 동생의 베스트 요리였다.
