Nothing awesome ! People never answer your message even tough they contact you ! You pay all the time and the percentage of answers is about 1 out of 10 ! Sounds ridiculous! It doesn't worth it ! 1500만원 이상 공사는 별도의 자격증이 필요하다는 거 알고 계시나요? 자격도 없는 고수에게 시공받아서 정신적, 물리적 피해가 이만저만이 아닙니다. 숨고에서 고수 등록할 때 필요한 자격증이 있어야 가입 할 수 있게 해야 하는 거 아닌가요? 사업자등록증이나 관련 자격증이 있다고 써 있어도 소비자들을 볼 수 없게 되어 있구요. 일반 소비자들은 어떤 시공에 어떤 자격증이 있어야 하는 지도 정확히 알 수 없는데 소비자가 알아서 확인하라는 건 무책임한 거 아닌가요. 심지도 저도 고수 등록이 아주 쉽게 되더군요... 답변 그 고수를 신고해서 활동을 못하게하면 되는 게 아니라, 본인 인증을 통해 문제있는 고수가 재가입이 불가능하게 하고, 관련 자격증이 확인 된 고수는 숨고에서 어느 부분 공사의 자격이 인증된 고수라는 점을 정확히 표기해 주어야 합니다. 등록증들은 소비자들이 쉽게 조회 가능하게 해주시구요. 메일주소만 새로 만들면 재가입이 가능한데 활동금지가 무슨 소용인가요. 그리고 인테리어 하면서 주소도 다 아는 사인데 보복당할 시에는 숨고에서 어떤 해결책을 주시나요? 무책임하게 신고하면 활동 정지 시켜준다가 아니라 원인을 찾으세요.

별1점도 아깝습니다. 좋은평에만 댓글달고, 악평은 고칠생각을 안하시는게 좀 실망스럽네요. 전에는 천3천원 선에 견적서에 상담이 가능했는데 600원에 금액만 딸랑 보내고 상담하려면 6천원을 지불하고 상담시작하면 환불이 안된다네요 서서히 바뀌어가면서 개선되나 했더니 역주행을하는모습.. 상당히 안타깝습니다.
