They don't follow through with helping you. And I can't get anyone to help me over the phone in English. I was promised they would order me a part and I have no way of knowing whether they actually did or not. They didn't giveme a reference number and I'm extremely upset. And I don't have time to keep going back and forth to the store just to ask whether or not my part is there. An employee there Minhoo Woo said he would contact me on Facebook and let me know what's happening and I've been messaging him and he never answers.
