Unfriendly staff, no flexibility in check-in and breakfast and no service idea. Worst thing was that aircon did not function. I entered the room at 29.7 C and their excuse was that central aircon was not yet switch on. Apparently a blunt lie if you look at the system. I strongly recommend to avoid this Hotel, although rooms are nice and clean.

Women would love this hotel. The room has a LG Styler that irons and dry cleans your clothes. Bathroom is small but sufficient. Big people will have difficulty getting in and out. Beautiful green cafe on lobby level. So a 5 star for me.

Good location. Walking distance to the beach and to the centre with many shops and market and walking street as well. Night gastronomic market serve many option of seafood, traditional hot serving and . Supermarket emart is nearby open until late 23h. On the walking street there are many restaurant as well at a bit hight price. Can take fresh fruit around the night market at raisonable prices.

Please provide some good vegetarian food to the Naval officers from India (presently quarantined for few days) staying in your Hotel at the moment. Some of them are not able to eat the food that you guys are providing. It's a humble request to give them healthy vegetarian food.

I am happy with inner garden even small. I love plants. Eventhough l love to go mountain, l cannot . Beacause too busy.. So thank you for inner fresh garden. And satisfied of thinking of environment.

It was very clean. The comfortable bed was also good. I slept completely yesterday. I recommend this hotel due to good price, location, and clean room.

While it wasn’t our first trip to South Korea, it was definitely our first to Busan. We picked a date in Autumn because we were tired of the heat back in our home country and looking back it was definitely a great choice. Choosing to stay at the Golden Tulip Haeundae was also another great choice, the Deluxe room was, while not the largest, still spacious with a layout that is very meticulously planned with the bathroom almost 3 quarters the size of the room itself! The first thing that strikes you immediately is the washing machine, cooking stove (induction) and microwave oven! It really felt like an apartment... if your apartment came with a large flatscreen TV, a heated toilet bowl with automatic spray capability, motion sensors, automatic climate control, room service and an LG Tromm Styler. That’s an impressive list of gadgetry in a small space! It was the first time we saw a Tromm Styler so we ended up Googling to see how it worked and tried it out on our jackets. It really helped to smoothen out the wrinkles! Having a washing machine in the room was also fantastic, allowing us to clean our clothes whenever we felt like it. The staff was also very friendly and helped us out with directions and also with our transport plans to the airport on our day of departure. There is also a convenience store located at the ground floor where you can get toothbrushes or even phone cables
