This is one of the best dinner I've had in Seoul. Make sure you get an appointment for the dinner as menu is different for lunch and dinner. Signature dish buckwheat pasta with truffle was very flavorful. Texture was great and it was great to pair with any type of alcohol. Seasonal dish cold capellini with uni was also on the spot for hot summer night. Last but not least, lightly fried pork jowl with some seasonal garnish was also on point! You will not be disappointed at all!
