Horrible customer service. We were there today as my son was tired. We bought 3 drinks there and sat quietly there, half of us bought ice coffee and we took the small corner place and let my son rest for 15min. After 5-10min, the old lady, looks like the owner, asked us to take the take out cup and leave with her broken English. It wasn't busy, only 1/3 of space were token. My family left the coffee shop and left the coffee so I can stay with my son. If people are waiting for the table I will leave and let people take my table, but it wasn't busy at all, even after 25min when I left, they still have 4 empty tables. What a joke, will never come back. :( never have that happened before in any shop. That was the first one.

Their red bean shaved ice was just red bean on ice...ha ha ha... You can find better shaved ice elsewhere. To top it off, the staff (the old lady) was terribly rude to us.

Coming from Melbourne where we are all coffee snobs, have to say, this place makes a a genuinely good cup of coffee.
