This is by far the worst business lounge I have ever set foot on in my life. There are no canned drinks or decent snack. It gives you two types of cup noodles, mini sandwiches and two stir fried dishes. Why on earth would SQ share their lounges with this partner? Guess what? Priority Pass and Gold Elite also uses this lounge. I believe that SQ got the sharp end and of the stick here. I vote this for the worst business class lounge ever!

Good sized but fairly crowded. Very nice staff. So so food options but they have cup o noodles. Water. Tea. Juice.

Not a bad lounge - although I’d expect a bit more for business was class tickets. Needs more relaxing & quiet areas. And a better selection of liquor.

This lounge is pretty good. Chairs could use an upgrade but overall pretty comfortable spot to get out of the hallway traffic of the airport. However, this place is busy around 9-10am on weekdays, beware! And weirdly, the TVs are places super low for certain seating areas.

September 2019. Food is better today. March 2019 It's new Business lounge, much better than old one. They really rebuilt new. Older review: Why I should review again? Old review was removed. I was here more than 20 times! It is big, overcrowded, one of the worst 'Star alliance' lounge around the world. Need renovation. Over 1.5hours just to wait for shower room key! They have two big 'hall'. The one hall with Piano is better one (never saw someone playing piano there!). Food is embarrassing considering the Korean food so nice. In any restaurants outside the Lounge you can get better food. No Maki, no Kimchee, nada Korean speciality except noodle in cup in Lounge which you can mix with hot water. Salad bar is not good either. Asiana Airlines will lose many customers like this. You better join 'Free tour' if you have enough time. Don't believe, just go there. If you don't have comparison, you might give 4 to 5 stars. Same the service in aeroplane. The service in Business Class remains excellent. But in Economy terrible. They cut the cost using cheaper food supplier. The Bibimbap tastes like 'fast food' or 'junk food', rice overcooked, almost like porridge. If I am Korean, I would feel ashame to present 'Korean food' like that to people from other countries. They would think, Korean food tastes terrible. Imagine 'Air China' or 'Cathay Pacific' presenting the 'Chinese food' like from 'to go Chinese fast food restaurant in LA'. Compared with Asiana 6 years ago a lot of changes, BUT direction worst and worst. Singapore Airlines, Ethihad, Qatar, Emirates learn from their mistakes and have improvements now. Asiana is going the opposite way. I hope they will improve their service and see this many negative reviews as motivation to make better.

Only spent a short time here but this lounge is huge... you walk in and it’s split into two rooms that mirror each other. It’s spacious and has ample comfortable seating. They have computers for anyone to use. The food selection was not great and if you have Priority Pass, I would eat at the Sky Hub lounge and then come here to relax.
