房東人很好，回覆訊息很快，民宿的地點也很棒，離地鐵很近，轉車很方便，離東大門也很近，但卻不會吵。還有廚房可以料理，頂樓露台還可以直接看到南山塔

尤其適合去東大門批貨的團體，走路三分鐘就可以到，光計程車錢就省了很多，房間乾淨舒適，配備齊全，房東英語溝通無礙
