Great experience. Kids below 36 months after free. But the parking area at the cable car terminal was very expensive. So better visit there by not taking your car if possible or convenient enough.

Take this cable car for roundtrip to Namsan Tower its so worth it.
While not the highest point in Seoul, its amazing 360 degree view is all kinds of awesome. You can opt to climb up to the first point where you pay for the cable ride up the view deck, or take the smaller cable car. It's 7000 won one way for adults, and 9500 won for return to get to the view deck. But if you want to hike, it would take at least half an hour. You can opt to go up to the tower for another fee, but we figured a view encased in glass would not be as impressive as the one from the view deck. Pro tip: avoid coming in at 5, as the lines going up to the payment point grows long.
Amazing view here
This is pretty much the only thing that makes the (amazing, must-see) North Seoul Tower feasible for folks who aren't super fit and feeling their best - aka, basically everyone. There's a long wait but I recommend it, both for avoiding the massive hike (there's still hiking afterwards, just not as much) and for how it provides its own view of the ascent. If you're there in cherry blossom season you will see your fill.
Wonderful experience as well pocket friendly too.
What a great way to go up to the tower! I highly recommend this! I think it's better at night with all the lights
Worth it...one of the best early family trips with my young children I got to capture them experiencing, quite possibly the first and last time until they decided as adults to go. Get the round trip pass and thw walk to it from the subway exit (either 1, 2, 3, or 4 ) near meyong dong, is super easy to walk up to the Pacific hotel and take the small narrow road to the right of it all the way up to the cable car station
