Cant post a picture. Not allowed to take pictures while inside their premises. But its on 5th floor. Staff are friendly and very assisting add. Dec 2018. They have changed their system. Website not updated. They have now called barcode partition sheets. It would be nice if they have also updated their website. Thus I reduced to 4 stars this time. UK visa website says to submit old passports but VFS is only to scan. so better make a copy of your old passports (only pages you wish to submit) as supporting items for your application. if not, its 200 won per page copy (black and white) which my opinion is expensive. I could have make a copy of myself at home since I have my own scanner and printer. Anyway, staff are always helpful and proffessional.

Had a good experience here. Ample seating space. Staff were nice and helpful, better than what you'll expect after reading the dos and donts on the website. Only thing is they charge for every tiny thing even have a look and make sure you've got all documents, otherwise you're on your own with that.

This place is a little hard to find; however, they did a great job helping my friend and I apply for our Russian visas. When we picked them up, she was very thorough and asked us to check everything before leaving. For U.S. citizens, if you don't want the three year visa (it does cost more), you can write down why and submit the signed paper with your application. Also, U.S. citizens need an extra copy of their application, but for 200 per page, you can make a photocopy here.
