Don't even bother visiting, cashier will just rudely remind you all that you can only able to purchase them online now or as a pickup. Not to mention they blocked the pathway completely so you can no longer look around inside.... Also pretty bad online stocks too..... Like I'm literally done with this place....

Stock is decent. The employee working there was rude. Their ORCTOWN_PUBLIC wifi is, apparently, not public after all. As a traveler who just wanted to look up some information on models I was a bit disappointed that there was no help there. I spent about 20 minutes browsing and ended up getting a few things. Overall I was not impressed but I guess it's one of the only dealers in Korea.

Has an awesome selection of models and paints. They were a little drained when I got there but I still found plenty of the things that I wanted. The woman working there was pretty helpful as well.

Pretty good stock, but the customer service is atrocious. The owner refuses to order anything they don't have in store for customers. You need to be a VIP customer (spend 1 million won with them a year) or limited products are double price. Day to day employees are rude and don't seem to care. It's sad that this store is the only one that has GW products in Korea, or I'd definitely shop somewhere else.

Horrible. Rude customer service and the staff treat you like a thief as soon as you walk into the store. Multiple friends of mine have had issues where the management - both Korean and foreigners. Make you jump through hoops just to play a game. Ordering online is a complete hassle. New releases get released on the weekend but they don't ship until Wednesday. I would rather pay double price in Australia than give them another won. Only thing they have going for them is that there is no place else in the country to shop at other than direct from GW
