In October of 2014 we made our reservations at the e-stay Gang-Nam Residence for our 40 day trip to S. Korea. Since we were touring the country we needed a home base to come back and forth to...rest up and restoration for our next city. The rooms were very clean with so much space, and the location was perfect close to everywhere in Seoul. We were so delighted with the selection we made with e-stay residence. The staff were super friendly accomadating all of our needs in anyway possible to meet our planned schedule. The manager even baked us pastries every morning...his personal touch. We will be planning another trip to Seoul, South Korea soon, and definitely I will be going back. Highly recommended e-stay Gang-Nam Residence!

Extremely rude manager yelling at people over the phone. We lost a scarf there and manager became very defensive. Would not recommend to even my worst enemy.
Хороший отель. Первый раз вижу отель со стиральной машиной в номере и мини-кухней. И это оказалось очень удобно. Очень оживленный район, много магазинов и ресторанов всех мастей. Часов с 6 вечера начинается бурная ночная жизнь, но это совершенно не мешает, так как окна отлично изолируют от шума. И люди на улице ведут себя прилично: нет ругани, пьяных, мусора. Просто люди отдыхают и ведут себя прилично. Да и в самом отеле тихо и спокойно. Поставила 4 звезды из-за того, что отсутствуют банные принадлежнлсти: шампунь, мыло... Пришлось покупать самим (в 10 метрах от отеля в магазине C&U). И еще убирают раз в два-три дня. А так отель очень неплохой. Думаю, буду останавливаться здесь теперь. P.S. Отель расположен очень близко сразу к трем разным веткам метро и линия до обоих аэропортов тоже в 5 минутах ходьбы. В общем 4 с половиной звезды :)
J avais reserve en septembre 2015 bien longtemps a l avance. Une semaine avant mon depart, je recois un email me disant qu ils ne pouvais plus m heberger car motif "cessation d activite"... Fort heureusement' ayant reserve via expedia j ai pu etre reloge dans un hotel de meilleur qualite le O cloud que je recommande. Travaillant dans l hotellerie j ai tout de suite compris qu ils etaient en surbooking et ont donc invente cette histoire. Quand on fait ce surbooking tout hotelier se doit de trouver une solution pour le client surtout quand le sejour est regle d avance.
