Delicious! Really good and yummy! You should try! Sulbing is really popular and there are also smaller 빙수places, where the atmosphere is more chill. It’s a big shop so it’s not that chill, the internet works never and the tables are sometimes sticky from icecream, but the ice is goooood and when you come with more than 2people its easier to find there a table:)
The snowflake dessert is awesome. Way better than regular ice cream. Gonna have to eat this more often than Baskin Robbins. Wish I know about this earlier.
Probably the place to go when you never had a taste of bingsu or if you want to try something special (oreo, macha,...). I would avoid their 팥빙수 (patbingsu/original bingsu) though as they don't make the pat themselves. Way better places to go to to enjoy a patbingsu. Nothing to say for the rest. Fruits are fresh and delicious. For all BTS fans, one of the staff is an absolute fan and always puts a playlist during her shift
Love how many traditional and modern bingsu they have here. Such great quality of ingredients and quantity of dessert. It's huge for one person, great for sharing. Presentation is beautiful, some are simply stunning or super creative.

I recommend this place for its dessert. I tried the original Sulbing with the toast. They are both delicious dessert. I especially love the toast with some hot, chewy ricecake in the middle. It is truly Asian style, tasting like my favorite dessert, Mochi, in Taiwan. It goes very well with either shaveice or iced tea.
