I LOVED IT ! I love nature so just being in a forest makes me happy but I was still wondering if the program will offer anything more than what I get anyway by taking a stroll in the forest and it did ! Our guide was so kind and his voice so soothing! I learned a lot but also was able to relax and get a certain peace of mind. I would totally recommend this to anyone who's looking for a healing activy during your wellness trip

went here during my last trip to jeju the ambiance is unexplained unless you see & feel it, feeling refreshed, less stress and healed after our healing program here. the air, sounds of birds chirping, misty foggy mountain view all of it just perfect for an escapade from hustle bustle seoul.

An easy trek along a forest path, with no real soaring mountain views but plenty of trees. At the very top there's a wellness center-type place but it's mostly phony from what I can tell. Overall a good place to see some greenery and get some leisurely exercise on well maintained paths.

Words cant describe the incredible day I had at the healing forest. From my insides out. Started with a mild walk in the morning, then lunch, then meditation. It was threatening to rain so the smell of nature intensified(we all love that rain smell). I expressed my concern about the rain to the guide because I hadn't reserved the indoor activities (an advanced booking is recommended because of the crowd but it was a weekday ). Even though it was a weekday, we could only get into the foot bath and tea ceremony. Just awesome experience for our girls' trip
