You can analyze your body balance and body shape based on the data. How to use ‘Salted Golf’ app After connecting the ‘smart insole’ with ‘Salted Golf’ app by Bluetooth, you can check the foot pressure in the real-time, so it’s possible to correct the swing posture. Also there are many video of pro-golfer practice in the ‘Salted Golf’ app, so you can compare you with pro-golfer. How to use ‘Salted Training’ app After connecting the ‘smart insole’ with ‘Salted Training’ app by Bluetooth, you can know your body condition by seeing your foot pressure in the smartphone or tablet while training, running. Also there are many video of pro-trainer, so it’s possible to correct your posture and follow their posture. After exercising, you can check the result in this app by seeing this app or hearing audio feedback.
