The hotel new and withe advance tech. But the reason why i have it less 2 stars is because of their staff. Not all, just one. We stayed here last Dec. 6 for 1 night. When we arrived and got to the room the aircon was off. So i called the lobby and asked for assistance on how to put on the aircon as it was already warn inside the room even though it was freezing outside. But then the staff, male, told me that the aircon was disabled during winter because it is cold outside and we can just open the window. So we just opened the window, it made the room temp cooler though but the noice and the light outside is is getting in as well that me and my children couldn't sleep. So we called again and asked if there is a possibility to turn on the aircon as we couldn't sleep. So someone went to our room and turned it on. This wasn't a good experience for us. If they think it is called and guests can just open the window, they will have to let the guest decide to put it on our just open the window. We paid for it and they don't want us to use it. Anyway i called on Dec. 6 at 5-6pm.

위치는 종합운동장역과 잠실새내역 사이! 올림픽타워 근처 골목에서 찾을 수 있어요 정확히 말하면 부띠크호텔인데요 규모는 모텔이지만 호텔같은 분위기로 시설이나 인테리어면에서 손색없는 곳! 입구에는 전용 실내화가 맞이해줬네요 깔끔한 대리석 소재의 객실 내부라니 고급스러움과 화사함이 인상깊었어요 도심속 편한 신천호텔로 추천할만한 곳! 신축호텔이라 근방에 다른 잠실숙소보다 인테리어에서 품격이 느껴진다고 할까요? 침대 옆 테이블에는 기종별 이용가능한 충전 케이블, 전화, 콘센트가 있고 바로 옆 큰 창은 잠실 전경이 한 눈에 펼쳐져서 근사했어요o( ω )o 다음날 아침에 일어나 체크아웃 전! 창밖에 펼쳐지는 전망이 좋더라구요 잠실종합경기장이랑도 가까워서 축제, 페스티벌 다녀오시고 들릴만한 잠실숙소로 추천드리고 싶네요 포레스타 호텔 후기였습니다
깨끗하고 넓고 사람들 많지않아서 좋음
번화가 안에 있고 고층이다보니 시끄럽지는 않으면서 근접성은 좋음. 욕실의 욕조가 2명 들어갈 수 있는 큰 사이즈여서 좋았음. 약간 아쉬운 점은 욕조와 침대 사이의 공간이 그냥 뻥 뚫려 있어서.. 뭔가 공간 분리가 잘 안되는 느낌에 에어컨이 없으면 엄청 습함.
레알 깔끔하고 쾌적하다 너무 아파서 잠깐 자러갔는데 다음에는 숙박으로 가도 무리없을거같은 호텔 추천 ㄱㄱ
