I went in to open an account and the branch manager refused. He kept saying since u are not Korean it will be difficult to make an account in Korea. After finding out I work for a well known company his expression changed but continued to tell me I cannot make one unless I get a document from my company that I work here. I showed him my ID and name card but still kept telling me it is very hard to make an account with Citibank. This branch is NOT friendly to foreigners
