If you were wondering what this place is, Tools Sound Garage is a place where a guy named Randy fixes amps. This place doesn't really have a website or a blog or anything so not a lot of people know this place, but one thing for sure he does have a lot of customers and plenty of experience with amps. I brought my Fender '57 Custom Champ for a 110v to 220v conversion since I bought the amp from the US and I couldn't use it in here(Korea), which has a 220v environment. Randy replaced the amp's transformer and made some other adjustments so the amp can work in the 220v environment. I actually went into his workshop and he was kind enough to show me what he was doing and what was wrong and what was different between his clone 5F1 Champ. Overall I did enjoy visiting here. I'm pretty sure he knows English since he did mention he worked in Fender(yes, 'in' Fender, not 'for') for a few years. Huge Fender guy. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because his price was a tad bit high compared to his other competitors, but one thing for sure, Randy seemed to do his research beforehand and doesn't give false promises. Think of a pure, true engineering dude in the workshop, and if you like these kind of guys around, this is your guy.
