As can be seen by the name, a Spanish Basque-inspired tapas wine bar in Hannam-dong, Seoul. The long bar table is ideal for groups of two and solo guests, but definitely not for larger groups. The taste of the food is solid. The jamón especially was one of the best I had in wine bars in town. Worth the money despite the small portions. The burrata salad started us off with a bad first impression, admittedly. The amount of the burrata was skimpy and frugal. Not what you expect in Hannam-dong and based on what you pay for here. Definitely an area of improvement. Their signature is the steak that comes with all parts of the beef. I personally thought it was rested for too long that the texture was a little difficult to enjoy as I progressed through the meat. On my next visit, I’ll make sure they keep this in check. The wine list and their wine storage are good, but the pricing is a little overpriced. Their pricing mechanism almost resembles that of a five-star hotel premium slashed on admittedly decent to good wines. As a disclaimer, the Ben Glaetzer Amon-Ra is brought by myself and paid for for its corkage fee. With this in mind, I’d strongly recommend others to bring their fine wines themselves and just pay for the small amount of corkage fee.

Tapas are ok but poor service and saw numerous times declining clients despite empty seats due to their age.....
재료들이 신선하고 품질이 좋다. 빵에 숯향이 나고 겉바속촉이어서 맛있다. 올리브유도 상큼하고 맛있음. 올리브나 하몽이 짜지 않아서 좋고 음식들이 와인과 페어링하기에 좋다. 새우는 껍질이 연해서 통째로 씹어먹을수 있는데 취향을 탈것 같다. 초리조 오믈렛?은 무난무난한 맛. 미슐랭 빕구르망으로 알고있고 동네가 동네인만큼 양 다비 가격이 비싼편. 외부 와인 콜키지는 병당 5만원이고 와인 리스트는 다양하지만 가격이 꽤 비싸다. 서비스나 위생은 단연 우수하다.
오픈 키친으로 주방에서의 작업을 한눈에 볼 수 있고, 사전에 예약을 하는게 좋음. 콜키지는 프리가 아니고, 메뉴판의 와인 가격은 센편. 서비스는 좋고, 음식 가격은 센편. 양은 적고, 맛은 평범함.
