Very authentic Fukuoka style Maze men(noodle) place. There are only 12 or so sittings, and only 2 types of noodles to choose from. But you can't go wrong with either one. I highly recommend this place when you are around Yongsan area.

This place is closed. It put up a sign that the staff are away on a workshop trip. Does not specify its return date and asks to wait for further details on instagram. Visited its instagram page and still no word on a return date. This is not a way one should run a business. Do not go, not worth a visit if a shop is not able to decide on a fixed business schedule. Poor.

It’s hard to find a 5-Star ramen shop in Seoul, but this shop deserves every single star. It’s a tiny hole in the wall run by two Japanese chefs. The menu option is limited to very few items they do really well. What makes this place unique is their use of chicken broth instead of traditional pork or miso, so the soup is thick and satisfying while leaving a clean aftertaste. Chicken is prepared sous-vide style, and it just melts in your mouth—never knew chicken could have that texture! Chicken broth ramen is great, but so is the dry ramen that had a touch of truffle flavoring. I mixed it with a bit of leftover chicken stock, and it was so satisfying—like climbing into a warm bed on a cold winter night. I wouldn’t mind having a bowl of ramen here every day...

Very very delicious! Although the music can improve, the food is amazing!! Both chefs are Japanese and you can notice how much they care for the details The rice bowl is a must!!

Delicious alleyway restaurant serving two main ramen dishes Torisoba (chicken soup noodle) and Mazemen (mixed beef noodle). Come early to get a seat as the small counter area fills up quickly.
