Rented a small vehicle for a month. When I returned the vehicle at the end of the contract, during the visual inspection by the rental car official, he claimed that there was a tiny damage on the center of the rear bumper. It appeared it was a tiny scratch mark in the midst of other scratches previous existed as this is a old used car. The attendant first claimed it was nothing, but soon claimed that I needed to pay as korean car bumpers are so delicate that they need to be replaced/repaired if tiny scratches were made. Ended up paying for the repair. This was the first time renting a car in Korea and was not a pleasant experience as i felt getting ripped off. Maybe this is how local businesses operate in Korea.. who knows. Definitely will not be using this company ever again. Do your due diligence on rental car companies prior to renting one in Seoul.

Good agency for a first contact with North Korea. 2 remarks: -they cancelled the JSA/DMZ tour 1 week before even if, apparently, they knew the tour was not available from the beginning -the replacement tour, NLL, was not well prepared... No market as planned... They should have known...
Good straight forward tour company. Nothing to complain. Expect what you can expect from a tour group of 20 to 30 . Provided exactly what was promised.
Unfortunately the tour we booked was cancelled; in fairness they did let us lnow but very late in the day, 36hrs notice (which I did not notice!!). Still, whole cost refunded quickly and without hassle. Toir office easy to find and access via Metro.
Clean website that doesn't confuse.
Really excellent experience overall. Had some difficulty with payment (not their fault) but they were super understanding and very accommodating. I liked leaving very early at 08:00 because we were the first tour bus at each location without fail. Our tour guide was very informative and enthusiastic.
Had a great full day tour of the DMZ including a visit to the JSA. It's a must do for anyone interested in history. The guide Vincent was great as well.
A bit disappointing. The guide (Vincent) didn't provide much information about the background or South-North relations, and sometimes when asked a question, didn't know the answer. The short film shown in the DMZ was not very informative either, being more like a fast video clip. You'll learn much more about DMZ from books, however it's still a good idea to see it with your own eyes.
